The PHD team have the ability to oversee and report on the installation of all hydraulic and fire services, with confidence due to the years of onsite hands on experience. The Construction Administration phase includes a series of agreed attendances to site during construction, with reports produced upon completion of each inspection to indicate stages of completed works, and identifying any subsequent defects.

We provide the service of producing As Constructed drawings for your project either at the completion of the project, or during construction via periodic site inspections, which may be of great benefit for large projects with a lengthy construction period.

PHD are happy to collaborate with Building and Plumbing Contractors to develop and produce Costing Package documents, consisting of a series of conceptual drawings to assist contractors to further understand the overall Hydraulic Services scope of work, and ultimately resulting in a more accurate estimate of the project.
